If you already have a Prime membership, you can transition your membership to be included at no extra cost from Spectrum. Activate your Prime membership from Spectrum at spectrum.net/prime and follow the steps.
What happens to my Amazon Prime membership if I change my Spectrum plan?
If you switch to a Spectrum plan that does not include Prime, or if you cancel your Spectrum Internet service, your Prime membership will be automatically canceled—unless you were already a Prime member before enrolling through Spectrum. In that case, your Prime membership will continue, and Amazon will resume charging you at the then-current price based on your existing autorenewal settings.
How do qualifying customers activate Amazon Prime?
Qualifying customers can activate Amazon Prime by first logging in to their Spectrum account at spectrum.net/prime. After clicking "Get Started," users will be redirected to the Amazon site where they may create or sign in to an account.
What happens to my Prime membership if my Spectrum account is suspended?
If your Spectrum account is suspended for more than 24 hours your Prime membership will also be suspended. Once you make your monthly Spectrum service payment your Prime membership will start again within 24 hours.
What happens to my Amazon Prime membership if my Spectrum account is canceled?
If you do not make a payment to your Spectrum bill and your account is canceled, you will lose access to your Prime membership.
