SPECTRUM RESIDENTIAL MOBILE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SERVICE

EFFECTIVE 10/07/2026

THESE SPECTRUM MOBILE RESIDENTIAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SERVICE (“MOBILE TERMS”) GOVERNING YOUR USE OF SPECTRUM MOBILE™ SERVICE, INCLUDING ALL FEATURES, APPLICATIONS, AND ONLINE PORTALS ASSOCIATED THEREWITH (COLLECTIVELY, "MOBILE SERVICE") ARE SUBJECT TO AND INCORPORATED INTO THE SPECTRUM RESIDENTIAL GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SERVICE (THE “GENERAL TERMS”) AND ALL THE OTHER “TERMS OF SERVICE” THAT ARE INCORPORATED BY REFERENCE INTO THE GENERAL TERMS.  ALL THE FORGOING TERMS OF SERVICE MAY BE FOUND AT www.spectrum.com/policies/terms-of-service.html, under "Terms of Service/Policies" and "Your Privacy Rights."

THE GENERAL TERMS INCLUDE A BINDING ARBITRATION PROVISION,  PROVISIONS FOR OPTING OUT OF ARBITRATION, AND A WAIVER OF CLASS ACTIONS AND MASS ACTIONS, THAT ALSO APPLY TO THE MOBILE TERMS. THE TERMS OF SERVICE CONSTITUTE A LEGALLY BINDING CONTRACT BETWEEN YOU AND SPECTRUM.

Spectrum means Charter Communications Operating, LLC, its parents, affiliates or subsidiaries providing you the Services, as well as third parties Spectrum may retain to provide the Services.  You, the subscriber, are referred to as “you” and “your.”

Your use of the Mobile Service is deemed acknowledgment that you have read and agreed to the Terms of Service. Any user who does not agree to be bound by the Terms of Service should immediately stop their use of the Mobile Service and notify Spectrum's Customer Service at (833) 559-2634 to terminate the Mobile Service.

1. Services Provided: Mobile Service includes mobile voice and data services (via cellular and Spectrum WiFi), messaging and other features set forth in your Mobile Service plan.  Mobile Service also includes optional features and services you  purchase from Spectrum, such as international calling and roaming for which additional charges or terms may apply, and any equipment you purchase from Spectrum or Spectrum provides you for use with the Mobile Service, such as a phone, handset, tablet, smart watch, wearable, Subscriber Identity Module ("SIM") card, accessory or other mobile device (individually and collectively, "Device" or "Devices"). Your Mobile Service plan includes monthly allowances and features, the geographic area(s) or location(s) where you can use the Mobile Service ("Coverage Area"), and monthly and pay-per-use charges. Your should consult Spectrum's website at https://www.spectrum.com/mobile/plans for information concerning Spectrum's Mobile Service plans.

In order to purchase Mobile Service, you must be an existing customer of Spectrum Internet®, or you must purchase Spectrum Internet at the time of purchase of the Mobile Service. Spectrum Internet Service is a separate service from Mobile Service. Spectrum Internet Service is subject to the Spectrum Residential Internet Terms and Conditions of Service (hereafter, the "Internet Terms").
You must activate all Mobile Services ordered. Spectrum shall have no liability whatsoever if you do not activate the Mobile Services.

2. Cancellation: Mobile Service shall continue until such time as you provide notice to Spectrum that you are terminating such service, or Spectrum terminates your Mobile Service for breach (including nonpayment) of the Terms of Service, for qualifying as a Heavy Data User (as defined below) and, consequently, having your data speed reduced, three (3) times or more during any rolling twelve (12)-month period, or for any other reason in accordance with the Terms of Service. You must notify Spectrum's Customer Service Department at 833-559-2634 or visit a Spectrum Store to terminate Mobile Service. Upon termination, and subject to any restrictions under applicable law, you will  be responsible for the full monthly charge for Mobile Service, and any applicable fees, without proration, regardless of the date you terminate your Mobile Service.

You are responsible for all charges incurred through the end of your Mobile Service, including any remaining Device charges. Nonpayment or cancellation of Mobile Service may affect other services you have with Spectrum, including bundled packages with other Spectrum services. If you cancel all Spectrum services, any remaining Mobile Service and/or Device balance will be charged to your specified bank account, credit card or debit card, as applicable, during the next billing cycle.

3. Mobile Service Functionality: The Device uses radio transmissions to access the Mobile Service. If your Device is not in range of a transmission signal the Mobile Service may not work. The availability and quality of Mobile Service may be affected by many things, including the Mobile Service plan purchased, the Device, the  Device’s operating system, the operator of the mobile network, your monthly usage, network capacity, network or Internet congestion, server speeds of websites, network outages, network management policies, terrain, buildings, foliage, weather, actions of third parties, or other similar issues. Spectrum does not guarantee the availability of the mobile network or the service speeds.

Spectrum may reduce your data, streaming, and mobile hotspot speeds (i.e., the ability to use your mobile device as a mobile hotspot for other devices), as well as video resolution, after you reach certain data usage levels, in accordance with the terms of your Mobile Service plan. Actual speeds of your Mobile Service will vary. Depending upon your Mobile Service plan, increased Mobile Service data usage may increase your monthly charges or impact your Mobile Service performance or quality after you reach certain download levels. Mobile Service that relies on location information, such as Enhanced 911 ("E-911"), which can provide the 911 operator with a person's location, and Global Positioning Satellite ("GPS") navigation, depend on a Device's ability to acquire satellite signals (typically not available indoors) and service coverage. Also, you may be unable to use yourDevice in any manner, including to call 911, while the Device is receiving a software update until the software update is complete.

Your Device may automatically connect to Spectrum WiFi and/or Spectrum authorized WiFi services. Access to Spectrum WiFi inside your home is subject to the Spectrum Internet Terms. Access to Spectrum WiFi outside your home is subject to the Spectrum WiFi Terms of Service (as described at WiFi-Terms).  Disabling the automatic WiFi connection feature may limit the availability of certain Mobile Service features and increase your monthly Mobile Service data usage.

While a Device is connected to Spectrum WiFi, data delivered via WiFi does not count towards your Mobile Service plan data allowance. Spectrum WiFi may be affected by a variety of factors, such as the number of other subscribers trying to use the same WiFi access point at the same time, your mobile device, your WiFi receiving antenna, your distance to the WiFi access point, attenuation from walls, and foliage and other objects between your mobile device and the access point, and interference from other mobile devices.

4. Mobile Device: Any Devices you do not purchase from Spectrum must comply with Federal Communications Commission regulations, be certified for use on the network which Spectrum provides Mobile Service, unlocked, and be compatible with your Mobile Service. You should consult Spectrum's website (www.spectrum.com/mobile) for information on subscriber-provided Devices that are supported by Spectrum. Spectrum does not support Devices that are locked by another mobile operator or that are reported as lost or stolen.

Devices purchased from Spectrum may include pre-installed applications or software that manages wireless connections. Spectrum may change a Device's software, applications, or programming remotely, with or without notice to you. This could affect your stored data, or how you program or use your Device. By activating Mobile Service (via a SIM card or embedded SIM), you agree:  (i)Spectrum owns the intellectual property and software in the SIM card; (ii) Spectrum may change the software or other data in the SIM card without notice;  and (iii) Spectrum may utilize any capacity in the SIM card for administrative, network, business, and/or commercial purposes.

Spectrum does not manufacture any Device that you select to use with the Mobile Service, including Devices Spectrum provides. Spectrum is not responsible for any defects, acts, omissions, or problems with a Device. Check with the Device's manufacturer to determine whether there are warranties on a Device. Device performance may vary based on Device specifications (for example, a Device's operating system, software, memory, and storage), and Device performance may impact access to Spectrum's Mobile Service.

If you purchased a Device from Spectrum, it may have been programmed with a Device or SIM lock which will prevent it from operating with other compatible mobile operators' services. If you wish to use your Device with the service of another mobile operator or you wish to exchange your Mobile Service between two Spectrum-supported Devices, Spectrum will provide reasonable assistance to unlock the Device or to exchange your Mobile Service between the two Spectrum-supported Devices, provided that you meet certain criteria: (a) you must have paid for each Device in full; (b) the Device must have been active for more than sixty (60) days; (c) your account is in good standing (i.e., no past due amount owed to Spectrum); and (d) none of the Devices have been reported lost or stolen.

You are solely responsible for the security of your Device connected to the Mobile Service, including data stored on the Device, and maintaining virus and other Internet security protections when accessing third-party products or services. You are free to download and use content and applications on the Device that are not provided by Spectrum but at your own risk. Some applications provided by Spectrum as part of the Mobile Service cannot be uninstalled from the Device.

EXCEPT FOR ANY WRITTEN WARRANTY THAT MAY BE PROVIDED WITH A DEVICE SUBSCRIBER PURCHASED FROM SPECTRUM, AND TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DEVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" BASIS AND SPECTRUM MAKES NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ABOUT DEVICES OR ANY APPLICATIONS SUBSCRIBER ACCESSES THROUGH HIS OR HER DEVICE. SPECTRUM DOES NOT WARRANT THAT SUBSCRIBER'S DEVICE WILL WORK PERFECTLY OR BE FREE FROM INTERRUPTIONS OR VIRUSES. SPECTRUM DOES NOT WARRANT THAT SUBSCRIBER'S DEVICE WILL NOT NEED OCCASIONAL UPGRADES OR MODIFICATIONS, OR THAT IT WILL NOT BE NEGATIVELY AFFECTED BY NETWORK-RELATED MODIFICATIONS, UPGRADES OR SIMILAR ACTIVITIES.

5. Using Data Service: Spectrum's Mobile Service and its Devices may allow you to access the Internet and email; text, take pictures and videos; use the Device as a mobile hotspot; and download and play games, videos, music, graphics, sounds, applications and other materials ("Content"), or send Content elsewhere. Video streaming resolution varies by Mobile Service plan, and video resolution may be reduced if your usage exceeds the thresholds in your Mobile Service plan. Subject to network management practices of Spectrum and its mobile operator(s), Spectrum does not control the Content that you access or create on a Device. Content may be: (1) unsuitable for children and/or minors; (2) unreliable or inaccurate; or (3) offensive, indecent, infringing, or objectionable. You are solely responsible for evaluating the Content you or anyone else accesses or creates through the Device and/or the Mobile Service.

Content from third parties may also harm a Device or its Software (defined below). Spectrum is not responsible for any Content, or any damage caused by any Content, that you or anyone using your Device accesses or creates through the Mobile Service, loads on a Device, or requests that Spectrum representatives access and load on a Device.

Content from third parties or applications that you download or activate (e.g., Visual Voicemail) may also be subject to additional terms of service. Policies regarding intellectual property, privacy and other terms of use may differ from these Terms of Service, and you may be bound by such policies or terms when you visit third party sites, download or use third party services, or download or activate applications. Access or use of applications or Content may increase your monthly Mobile Service data usage, and depending upon your Mobile Service plan, increased Mobile Service data usage may increase your monthly fees or impact your Mobile Service performance or quality after you reach certain download levels. It is your responsibility to read the rules or service agreements with each Content provider or service provider, and for each application. Any information you involuntarily or voluntarily provide to third parties is governed by their policies or terms.

SPECTRUM IS NOT A PUBLISHER OF THIRD-PARTY INFORMATION, APPLICATIONS OR OTHER CONTENT AND IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY OPINIONS, ADVICE, STATEMENTS OR OTHER INFORMATION, SERVICES OR GOODS PROVIDED BY THIRD PARTIES.

6. Using Mobile Service: The mobile network on which Spectrum provides the Mobile Service is a shared resource that is managed for the benefit of all its users and is a separate network from the network on which Spectrum provides Spectrum Internet Service. Therefore, certain activities and uses of the Mobile Service are permitted and others are not.

Permitted Activities: Mobile Service is intended to be used for the following permitted activities: (i) web browsing; (ii) email; (iii) voice calls; (iv) messaging; (v) streaming music; (vi) uploading and downloading applications and Content to and from the Internet and third party stores; and (vii) using applications and Content without excessively contributing to network congestion. You agree to use the Mobile Service only for such permitted activities.

Prohibited Activities: The Mobile Service is not intended to be used in any manner that is not a permitted activity. Your Mobile Service maybe limited, suspended, or terminated, without notice to you, if you or any user of your device engages in any prohibited activity, including, but not limited to, any of the following: any activity that (a) conflicts with applicable law or breaches these Mobile Terms or any other Terms of Service; (b) hinders other customers' access to the mobile network; (c) compromises network security or capacity; (d) excessively and disproportionately contributes to network congestion; (e) adversely impacts network service levels or legitimate data flows; (f) degrades network performance; (g) causes harm to the network or other customers; (h) results in non-standard calling patterns or practices (auto-dialing, high-volume call forwarding, equipment hacking or hijacking, signal regeneration); (i) is in excess of your credit limit or Mobile Service plan limit; (j) results in such high usage of your Mobile Service that you qualify as a Heavy Data User, as defined below; ); (k) is sold, resold, assigned, shared, licensed or otherwise provided to or utilized either alone or as part of any good or service; (l) tampers with, reprograms, alters or otherwise modifies a Device to circumvent any of Spectrum's policies or violate anyone's intellectual property rights; (m) defeats, obstructs, or penetrates, or attempts to defeat, obstruct or penetrate the security measures of the mobile network or systems, another entity's network or systems, or the accounts of others;  (n) connects a Device to a separate computing device through use of connection kits, applications, devices or accessories unless you are using the device as a mobile hotspot or Bluetooth; or (o) exceeds your hotspot tethering allocation or bypasses such categorization by using equipment or anti-tethering workarounds to conceal heavy hotspot data usage or otherwise uses the Mobile Service as a substitute for a dedicated broadband or internet connection.

A “Heavy Data User” is a Spectrum Mobile customer that exceeds, by rate plan, the average amount of data consumed by the top 2% of users subscribed to such rate plan during the preceding six-month period. If you are a Heavy Data User, your Mobile Service data will be prioritized behind other traffic in times of congestion and for the remainder of your bill cycle.  In addition,  your upload and download data speeds may be reduced for the remainder of your bill cycle. Spectrum may, in its discretion, notify a Heavy Data User by SMS or email prior to taking any of the above actions.

The above restrictions apply to you and any other person who uses the Mobile Service.  However, you are ultimately responsible for the use of your Mobile Service and your Device(s).  You may  not use or allow others to use the Mobile Service in any manner that is in violation of any applicable federal, state, local or international laws or regulations or to promote, engage in, or enable illegal activity or conduct that violates or infringes upon the rights of any person. Transmission or distribution of any material in violation of any applicable law or regulation is prohibited. This includes, without limitation, material protected by copyright, trademark, trade secret, or other intellectual property right used without proper authorization, and material that is obscene, illegal, defamatory, constitutes an illegal threat, or violates export control laws. Spectrum may block calls or data transmissions that are made to, or received from, certain countries, cities or telephone exchanges, or that use certain authorization codes if, in its sole discretion, Spectrum deems it reasonably necessary to prevent non-standard, excessive, unlawful or fraudulent use of the Mobile Service. Furthermore, use of the Mobile Service to impersonate a person or entity or to engage in fraudulent activities is not permitted.

SPECTRUM RESERVES THE RIGHT AT ITS SOLE DISCRETION TO IMMEDIATELY SUSPEND, TERMINATE, OR RESTRICT USE OF MOBILE SERVICE WITHOUT NOTICE IF SUCH USE VIOLATES ANY RESTRICTION IN THIS SECTION 6. Spectrum's rights under this section are in addition to any specific rights that Spectrum reserves in other provisions of these Mobile Terms or in other Terms of Service to interrupt, suspend, modify, or cancel Subscriber's Mobile Service and to terminate these Mobile Terms or other Terms of Service.

7. Roaming and International Charges: Roaming means coverage on another mobile operator's network ("Roaming"). Your Mobile Service may be used for international calling and Roaming. Spectrum may limit or restrict international calling and Roaming until after other Spectrum services have been activated. Mobile Service originated or received while outside a Mobile Service plan's included Coverage Area is subject to Roaming charges. Certain Mobile Service may not be available or work the same when Roaming (for example, data services, voicemail, or call waiting). There may be higher rates and extra charges (including charges for long distance, tolls, or calls that do not connect) for international calling or when Roaming. You may or may not be informed that they are Roaming, or of the associated costs; however, even if you are not informed that there are Roaming charges you are still responsible for any charges. Spectrum will immediately charge your specified bank account, credit card or debit card, as applicable, when your Roaming usage reaches the Maximum Roaming Amount as set forth on www.spectrum.net/support/mobile/spectrum-mobile-international-roaming. Roaming may be limited or not available if more than half of your monthly Mobile Service usage during a consecutive sixty (60) day period is outside your Mobile Service plan's included Coverage Area (as described at www.spectrum.com/mobile). Additionally, Spectrum may block the use of voice, text, and/or data service while Roaming within certain countries as Spectrum deems reasonably necessary to prevent non-standard, excessive, unlawful or fraudulent use of Mobile Service.

8. Lost or Stolen Device: You agree to call Spectrum immediately if your Device is lost or stolen so that the Mobile Service can be suspended to keep someone else from the unauthorized use of it. If your Device is used after the loss or theft but before your report it, and you want a credit for any charges for that usage, you need to provide proof that the use was unauthorized and a consequence of such loss or theft.  Spectrum will review the account activity and any other information that shows the charges were not authorized. You may be asked to provide or submit information to support the claim. Spectrum may add the Device to the national "lost and stolen list," to prevent the Device from being used on any mobile operator's network. Although you may be held responsible for the charges if you delay reporting the loss or theft without good reason, you will not have to pay any Mobile Service charges you dispute while they are being investigated. A lost or stolen Device does not release your from your payment obligation under any Device Payment Plan or Lease Plan.

For California Subscribers Only: Although you are not liable for charges you did not authorize, Spectrum considers a call placed from your Device as evidence that the call was authorized. Unauthorized charges may include calls made to or from your Device after it was lost or stolen. If you do not report the loss or theft promptly, you may be responsible for the Mobile Service used until the incident is reported. Once reported to Spectrum that the Device is lost or stolen and the Device is suspended, you will not be responsible for subsequent charges incurred by that Device. If Spectrum has not given you a courtesy suspension of any recurring monthly charges during the past year, Spectrum will give you one (1) such suspension for thirty (30) days or until you replace or recover the Device, whichever comes first.

9. Privacy & Information on a Device: As described in the Spectrum Privacy Policy, Spectrum, along with its partners, may collect technical and service information from all Mobile Service users during Spectrum's provision of Mobile Service or from your Device. Such information may include Mobile Service plan and feature information, application download and usage information, Device or equipment information, network traffic or performance information, Mobile Service usage information, diagnostic data (including Device performance, signal strength, dropped call, data failure or battery strength information), and Location Information (defined below). Spectrum may use such technical and service information to provide mobile voice and data services, and to improve your network experience and the quality of your mobile experience.

A Device can contain sensitive, personal information. Spectrum is not responsible for any information stored on a Device, including sensitive or personal information. Spectrum recommends that you safeguard any sensitive or personal information when the Device is out of your possession or control. By submitting a Device to Spectrum, you agree that Spectrum employees, contractors, or vendors may access all the information on a Device. If you exchange, return, or recycle a Device through Spectrum or anyone else, it is your responsibility to  remove all data and information from the Device before you relinquish possession of the Device.

10. Monthly Service Fee; Immediate Charge: You agree to pay the monthly service fee for Mobile Service and any other charges Spectrum may impose on you in accordance with your Mobile Service plan. Applicable taxes and regulatory fees attributable to Mobile Service are included in the recurring monthly service fee. Applicable taxes on equipment sales and one-time charges, described below, are billed separately from the monthly service fee. Spectrum reserves the right to increase or decrease any fee or charge associated with Mobile Service. Mobile Service shall be terminated in the event you do not timely pay Spectrum in full for your Mobile Service.  Usage and monthly fees will be billed as specified in your Mobile Service plan.

For any charges based on the amount of time used or for data sent or received, Spectrum will round up any fraction to the next full minute or, depending on how you are billed for data usage, the next full gigabyte ("GB"). For outgoing calls, usage time starts when you first presses 'SEND' (or similar key) or the call connects to a network; and for incoming calls, it starts when the call connects to a network (which may be before it rings). Usage time may end several seconds after you press 'END' (or similar key) or after the call disconnects. For calls made on the network, Spectrum will charge only for calls that are answered, including by machines. Usage cannot always be processed right away and may be included in a later bill.

To determine your primary place of use ("PPU"), and which jurisdiction's taxes and assessments to collect, you are required to provide Spectrum with your residential street address. If you do not provide Spectrum with such address, or if it falls outside of Spectrum's Coverage Area, Spectrum may reasonably designate a PPU within the Coverage Area for you. If you intend to use a Device at an alternate address, you must update the PPU for your account via the My Account web portal, My Spectrum App or by contacting Spectrum at (833) 224-6603.

11. Unauthorized Charges by a Permitted User: YOU NEED TO BE CAUTIOUS WHEN ALLOWING ANOTHER PERSON, EXPECIALLY A CHILD OR OTHER MINOR, TO USE A DEVICE ON YOUR ACCOUNT. You are obligated to pay all charges incurred by users allowed to use your Device or access your account.

Many services and applications are accessible on or through a Device, including purchases of games, movies, music, and other Content. Some of these services are provided by Spectrum. Others are provided by third parties that may offer the option to bill charges to your Spectrum bill or other method of payment. Charges may be one-time or recurring. If the purchaser is permitted to have charges billed to your account and so chooses, such charges will become part of the amount due for that billing cycle. You are solely responsible for all charges to such third parties, including all applicable taxes. In addition, you are solely responsible for protecting the security of credit card and other personal information provided to others in connection with such transactions. Spectrum may agree to provide billing services on behalf of third parties, as the agent of the third party. Spectrum will not be responsible for any dispute regarding charges between you and any third party. You must address all such disputes directly with the third party.

12. Porting: You may be able to transfer, or "port," your Spectrum mobile phone number to another mobile operator. If you port a number from Spectrum, Spectrum will deem that you also requested Spectrum to cancel your Mobile Service for that number. After the porting is completed, you will not be able to use Spectrum's Mobile Service for that number, but you will remain responsible for all Mobile Service fees and charges incurred through the end of that billing cycle, and any Device charges. If you port a number to Spectrum, Spectrum may not be able to immediately provide certain services, such as E-911 services.

You acknowledge that except as required by applicable law, you do not have any proprietary rights to the mobile number assigned by Spectrum, except for any right you may have to port it.

13. Location Information: Your Device or Spectrum's Mobile Service can determine the physical geographical location of whoever has possession of the Device and/or the Device itself ("Location Information"). As described in the Spectrum Privacy Policy, Spectrum, along with its partners, may automatically collect Location Information or other customer data during Spectrum's provision of Mobile Service. Spectrum, its partners, and the network service provider may use Location Information, as well as other customer data, to provide mobile voice and data services, and to improve your network or mobile experience. Location Information may also be used to create aggregate data from which your personally identifiable information has been removed or obscured. Such aggregate data may be used for a variety of purposes (e.g., scientific and marketing research, vehicle traffic volume and monitoring). It is your responsibility to notify users on your account that such information may be collected in connection with such users' use of the Mobile Service or from Devices linked to your account.

Your Device is also capable of using optional Content at your request or the request of a user on your account, offered by Spectrum or third parties that make use of a Device's Location Information ("Location-Based Service"). You should review the terms and the associated privacy policy for each Location-Based Service to learn how the location information will be used and protected. If you do not want the Location-Based Service to collect or use Location Information, you should disable such services on the Device using the Device settings.

14. 911 and Emergency Alerts: When making calls to a public-safety answering point ("PSAP") from a Device, such as dialing 911, you should be prepared to provide your location and phone number. Unlike calls from a traditional wireline phone, a PSAP may not know the emergency caller's location or phone number. Although some local emergency authorities have enabled E-911 services that use GPS or other methods to determine callers' locations, E-911 does not always provide accurate location information. If your Device is indoors, cannot acquire a satellite signal, or otherwise cannot obtain the caller's location, the Location Information may not be automatically delivered to the PSAP. Also, the process of porting a phone number may limit the Mobile Service from being able to provide location services to the PSAP during that time. If you make a 911 call, the 911 operator may see a phone number that is different from your personal phone number. Accordingly, there may be instances when the PSAP might not be able to call you back if you are disconnected.

Calls to 911 over WiFi or a data connection may operate differently than traditional wireline calls to 911. Such calls may not connect to the PSAP, may be limited, or may be unavailable if you are experiencing a power outage, if there is a disruption in WiFi service or to the data connection, or if you are unable to access the Internet. If your call connects to a PSAP, your Location Information and phone number may not be transmitted. Additionally, if you have not updated your emergency 911 address in the settings of your Device, your Device may provide a PSAP with Location Information that is different from your calling location. If you are deaf, hard of hearing, or speech disabled and need to reach emergency services, you should call 911 directly using TTY or a telecommunications relay service.

Spectrum may also provide wireless emergency alerts within portions of its Coverage Area on wireless emergency alert capable devices. There is no additional charge for these wireless emergency alerts. Wireless emergency alerts may not be available on all Devices or in the entire Coverage Area, or if you are outside of the Coverage Area. Under some circumstances, in areas in which the emergency alerts are transmitted, such alerts may not be received by you or any other user of Spectrum's Mobile Service even though the user has a Device capable of receiving them.

23. English Language: The original version of this Agreement is in the English language. Any discrepancy or conflicts between the English version and any other language version will be resolved with reference to and by interpreting the English version.

I acknowledge that I have read the Spectrum Mobile Residential Services Agreement
