Sign up for Spectrum Internet® and switch two or more mobile lines from Verizon, AT&T or T-Mobile to save $1,000 in your first year or we'll cover the difference.
The Spectrum Savings Guarantee ensures you save at least $1,000 in your first year when you switch both your Internet and Mobile services to Spectrum. If your total savings do not reach $1,000, we’ll cover the difference with credits over the first year.
To qualify for the Spectrum Savings Guarantee, you must:
Be a new customer
Add Spectrum Internet Advantage, Premier, Gig or 2 Gig
Add the same number of paid Mobile lines as shown on your previous provider’s bill (minimum of two paid Mobile lines required)
Switch your mobile service from Verizon, T-Mobile or AT&T
You must switch from a competitor Internet provider to qualify (excludes subsidized services, dial-up, Lifeline programs and employee discounts). Both Internet and Mobile services must remain active for 12 months to receive the full savings.
Your Internet and Mobile pricing, and your credits, will not change as long as you maintain qualifying services for one year.
Savings are calculated by comparing your previous Internet and mobile monthly costs during your first 12 months. (One-time installation/activation costs do not factor into savings calculation).
If your total savings are less than $1,000, Spectrum will apply monthly credits to your bill until you reach $1,000 in total savings between your previous provider(s) and your new Spectrum services.
To receive the full $1,000 in savings, you must keep both Spectrum Internet and Spectrum Mobile services active for the full 12-month period.
You have 60 days from initial Internet and Mobile bundle order to submit a claim. Submissions will be reviewed within 30 days. We may request additional information if needed.
Yes, the Spectrum Savings Guarantee can be combined with other offers unless otherwise stated.
