Switch to Spectrum Mobile

Yes. Spectrum Mobile will buy out your current contract for as many as five lines of service. The maximum buyout is $2,500. Get $500 back for each line you switch (up to five lines), to apply to your combined device balance across all switched lines. Payment will be issued in the form of a Visa® Reward Card.

You can participate in this offer on up to five lines (minimum 2 lines) that are associated with any Spectrum Mobile plan.

Spectrum Mobile will give you $500 back for each line you switch (up to $2,500 total for up to five lines) in the form of a Visa Reward Card to apply to your combined device balance across all switched lines. Leasing, interest fees and Early Termination Fees (ETFs) are excluded.

This is a one-time offer. If you’ve already received a buyout for your remaining phone balance(s), you’re not eligible to participate again.

This offer is open to new and existing Spectrum Mobile customers ordering 2 or more new lines of service. These lines must remain active for a minimum of one year. Your order can include a combination of new and transferred lines. At least 2 lines will need to be transferred from your other carrier to qualify. Devices that are leased or paid in full will not be considered for buyout. We accept lines from all carriers, and you can choose from any of our rate plans as part of this offer.

If you cancel any of your qualifying lines within 12 months of getting your buyout, you will be responsible for returning the entire buyout amount.

Yes. We use that phone number you transfer to verify and confirm the remaining balance with your previous carrier. If the number you port to Spectrum Mobile does not match the number on the device installment agreement, the device will not qualify for the buyout. Before you switch, contact your carrier to confirm the exact phone number linked to your device payment plan.
