Which Spectrum Customers Qualify for Amazon Prime?

Spectrum’s Amazon Prime eligibility is based on the following qualifications:

Spectrum Customer Eligibility: Existing and new customers who currently qualify for Spectrum Internet Assist, affordable internet for low-income households with speeds up to 50 Mbps, can receive Prime membership included with their Internet subscription – at no extra cost from Spectrum. Qualified Spectrum Internet customers can be on any Internet tier.
Amazon Prime Customer Status: Qualifying customers can be new or existing Amazon Prime members at the time of eligibility.

How to Activate Your Amazon Prime

Activating your Prime benefit is simple. Follow the steps below to get set up:

Log in to Spectrum: Go to Spectrum.net/Prime and log in with your credentials.
Activate Prime: On the next page, click “Get Started.”
Create or sign in to your Prime Account: You will be redirected to Amazon’s site. Enter your information to create your account, or your existing credentials to sign in if you have a Prime account, and then click “Continue.”

Once your final billing cycle is complete, return to Spectrum to activate at spectrum.net/prime and follow the steps.
