How to Get and Install Spectrum Home Phone
After adding Spectrum Voice to your Spectrum Internet service, follow the instructions included with your self-installation kit.

Connect the coax cable from the wall outlet to the modem. Then connect the modem’s power cord and plug it into an electrical outlet.
Wait for the modem to finish connecting before continuing.
Step 2: Connect Your Phone
Connect one end of the phone cable to your home phone. Connect the other end to the port labeled Voice 1 on the modem.
Only connect the phone to the modem and an electrical outlet. Do not connect it to a wall phone jack unless Spectrum provides instructions for your home setup.
