What is Spectrum Voice?
Spectrum Voice is a reliable home phone and landline service offered by Spectrum with unlimited nationwide calling and popular features such as Call Guard and Enhanced 911.
How much is Spectrum Home Phone service?
Spectrum Home Phone service costs $15 per month for 3 years when bundled with Internet and TV or Mobile. Add international calling to your plan for only an extra $5 per month.
Can I restrict who calls my number?
Yes! Use the Accept Selective Calls feature to allow up to 32 numbers to call your number. All other callers receive an intercept message: "The party you are calling is not accepting calls at this time."
Can my Home Phone also ring my mobile line?
Yes! Use the Simultaneous Ring feature to ring up to 5 additional numbers at the same time for inbound calls.
Does Call Guard block all spam calls?
No. We use the latest landline technology to block spam calls, but no guarantee can be made that all will be blocked. Manage Call Guard in My Account, adjusting between High (malicious callers, telemarketers, spammers, robocallers), Medium (default – malicious callers, telemarketers, spammers), and Low (malicious callers).
How much does it cost to call Mexico and Canada?
Free! You get unlimited calling to the United States, Mexico, Canada, Northern Mariana Islands, Guam, Puerto Rico, American Samoa, and the U.S. Virgin Islands. You can also add the Spectrum Voice International plan for unlimited calling to 70 countries.
Can I receive my voicemail messages to my email?
Yes! Set up voicemail to email and voicemail text (SMS) via your My Account settings.
