Eligible households may receive up to $20/mo credit on Spectrum Internet® through the new California LifeLine Home Broadband Pilot Program.
You may qualify for the new California LifeLine Home Broadband Pilot Program if:
You live in California
You are a current or new Spectrum Internet customer
You (or a dependent in your household) participate in a qualifying government assistance program or meet income eligibility requirements
Contact Spectrum to start your application process. You’ll then receive an application from the California LifeLine Administrator (CLA).
Complete your application and return it to the CLA.
Once approved, we’ll apply the credit to your Spectrum account.
This program allows eligible households to receive up to $20/mo for Internet service or up to $30/mo when Internet service is bundled with home phone or Mobile service. Households are also eligible for $39 per household per year per provider connection fee (installation) reimbursement.
Eligible households can receive:
Up to $20/month for Internet-only service
Up to $30/month for Internet + Mobile or Internet + Voice
You may qualify if you:
Live in California
Are a current or new Spectrum Internet customer
Participate in a qualifying government assistance program or meet income eligibility requirements
You may only receive one California LifeLine credit per household, but in some areas, eligible households may also qualify separately for federal Lifeline benefits.
Contact Spectrum to start your application process. You’ll then receive an application from the California LifeLine Administrator (CLA).
Complete the application and provide the required documentation to CLA.
If you are approved by the CLA, we'll add the credit to your Spectrum account.
The following services are not eligible for the Broadband LifeLine Pilot subsidy:
Spectrum Internet Assist (SIA)
Discounted SIA
Standalone Voice
Spectrum TV®
Availability varies by Internet plan. While many current tiers qualify, some additional legacy plans may not be eligible.
