If you are a Spectrum TV customer eligible for Disney+ Basic, you will need to activate a Disney+ account to enjoy this additional streaming experience. 

  • You will need to use your primary Spectrum.net Username and Password when activating this offer.
  • After clicking “Activate” on Spectrum.net, use a separate Disney+ username and password to complete the Disney+ activation.

This is an offer for an additional Disney+ subscription. Your Disney+ subscription through Spectrum TV does not replace, and will be additional to, any Disney+ subscription you may already have through Disney or a third party. Existing Disney+ subscribers can activate an additional Disney+ subscription. Each subscription will need to be managed separately.

  • If you use existing, active Disney+ credentials for your subscription, Disney will email you after activation regarding subscription management options. For more info, visit Disney+ support.
  • If you have other subscriptions through third parties, contact those providers to manage your subscriptions.

Spectrum customers who disconnect their TV plan or downgrade to a non-eligible TV offering will lose access to their complimentary Disney+ service at the same time they lose access to other programming.
