Do residents or community managers need to take any action?
No action is needed. Residents can continue enjoying their services as usual, and community managers can continue managing resident inquiries, billing and services exactly as they do today.
Will residents experience any service disruptions?
No, residents will continue to receive the same Spectrum services without interruption – signal quality, channel lineups and Internet performance are all unchanged. Community managers can expect any property level service, common area WiFi or TV to continue as well.
Will my agreement change?
No, your current agreement stays the same for now. If anything changes in the future, we'll notify you in advance so you'll have time to review your options.
Will there be any billing changes?
No, residents will continue to receive their bill the same way, with the same payment options they currently use. Community managers can continue managing resident billing exactly as they do today.
Will my community's Bulk or MDU contracts remain the same?
Yes, your community's agreement, pricing and terms remain in place exactly as-is. We're committed to honoring all community and Bulk contracts through this transition.
Do property managers or HOAs need to take any action?
No action is needed. Continue managing resident inquiries and billing as you do today. We'll guide you if anything changes down the line.
Will technician appointments and installations go ahead as planned?
Yes, any scheduled appointments or installations will continue as planned.
Will email addresses or account information change?
No, email and account details will remain the same. If anything changes in the future, we'll let you know ahead of time.
Will service improve with Cox joining Spectrum?
Over time, residents can expect enhancements as we combine our networks and capabilities, and community managers can expect the same reliability and support they count on today – with even more options. Our goal is to deliver a faster, more reliable experience for the whole community.
How will I know if anything changes later?
We'll keep you informed every step of the way through email, your account and other official communications so you're never caught off guard.
