How to Activate Your Paramount+ Account
Follow these steps to get started.
STEP 1
Enter your Spectrum credentials
Visit paramountplus.com/start to get started. Log in with your Spectrum username and password.
If you have an existing Paramount+ subscription, you must either cancel it and wait for the final billing cycle to end, or use a different email address to activate the plan included with Spectrum.
STEP 2
Create your Paramount+ account
Enter your information and click “continue” to create your Paramount+ account.
STEP 3
Select or create your Paramount+ profile
Select or add a profile for a personalized viewing experience.

Does Paramount+ cost extra?
One Paramount+ Essential subscription is included at no extra cost with Spectrum TV Select Signature, TV Select Plus, TV Platinum and Mi Plan Latino.
What if I already have a Paramount+ account?
This is an offer for an additional Paramount+ Essential subscription. This will not replace any existing subscription(s) you may already have. Subscriptions must be managed separately. Must maintain eligible services to retain Paramount+.
If I already pay for Paramount+ separately, can I get a refund or credit?
No. The Paramount+ subscription included with your plan is separate from any existing subscriptions. Refunds or credits are not available, but you can manage or cancel your other subscriptions at any time.
Will I lose access to Paramount+ if I change my Spectrum TV plan?
Yes. Paramount+ is included with TV Select Signature, TV Select Plus, TV Platinum and Mi Plan Latino. If you switch to a different plan, access to Paramount+ will end.
If a streaming app raises their price, will the cost of Spectrum TV plan go up?
Streaming services occasionally adjust their pricing, but Spectrum covers those changes for included apps - so there’s no extra cost passed on to you. That means you can enjoy your favorite entertainment in one place, without worrying about surprise increases or managing multiple subscriptions.
I have Paramount+ Premium through my Spectrum plan. Do I activate a different tier?
Yes. If your Spectrum TV plan includes Showtime, you have access to Paramount+ Premium, not the Essential tier. When activating, make sure to select or confirm the Paramount+ Premium tier so you get full access to all included content, including Showtime programming.
