Does Peacock cost extra?

One Peacock Premium with Ads subscription is included at no extra cost with Spectrum TV Select Signature and Select Plus plans.

What if I already have a Peacock account?

This is an offer for an additional Peacock Premium with Ads subscription. This will not replace any existing subscription(s) you may already have. Subscriptions must be managed separately. Must maintain eligible services to retain Peacock Premium with Ads.

If you have Peacock Premium Plus through Spectrum, then you will remain on the ad-free plan. If your subscription is billed through a third party, you must cancel it first and wait for it to end before activating through Spectrum.

If I already pay for Peacock separately, can I get a refund or credit?

No. The Peacock subscription included with your plan is separate from any existing subscriptions. Refunds or credits are not available, but you can manage or cancel your other subscriptions at any time.

Will I lose access to Peacock if I change my Spectrum TV plan?

Yes. Peacock is included with TV Select Signature and TV Select Plus. If you switch to a different plan, access to Peacock will end.

If a streaming app raises their price, will the cost of Spectrum TV plan go up?

Streaming services occasionally adjust their pricing, but Spectrum covers those changes for included apps - so there’s no extra cost passed on to you. That means you can enjoy your favorite entertainment in one place, without worrying about surprise increases or managing multiple subscriptions.
