How to Activate Your ViX Account
Follow these steps to get started.
STEP 1
Visit vix.com/es-es/proveedores/activar-suscripcion and click “Iniciar sesión con Spectrum.”
STEP 2
Use your spectrum.net username and password to log in.
STEP 3
After successful authentication, you’ll be able to create your ViX account.
STEP 4
You can stream on the web or download the app. Use your Spectrum or ViX login to access your ViX account on available platforms.

No. The ViX subscription included with your plan is separate from any existing subscriptions. Refunds or credits are not available, but you can manage or cancel your other subscriptions at any time.
Yes. ViX is included with TV Select Signature, TV Select Plus and Mi Plan Latino. If you switch to a different plan, access to ViX will end.
