You can stream on the web or download the app. Use your Spectrum or ViX login to access your ViX account on available platforms.

What if I need help activating my ViX account?
Does ViX cost extra?
One ViX Premium with ads subscription is included at no extra cost with Spectrum TV Select Signature, Select Plus plans and Mi Plan Latino.
What if I already have a ViX account?
This is an offer for an additional ViX Premium with ads subscription. This will not replace any existing subscription(s) you may already have. Subscriptions must be managed separately. Must maintain eligible services to retain ViX Premium with ads.
If I already pay for ViX separately, can I get a refund or credit?
No. The ViX subscription included with your plan is separate from any existing subscriptions. Refunds or credits are not available, but you can manage or cancel your other subscriptions at any time.
Will I lose access to ViX if I change my Spectrum TV plan?
Yes. ViX is included with TV Select Signature, TV Select Plus and Mi Plan Latino. If you switch to a different plan, access to ViX will end.
If a streaming app raises their price, will the cost of Spectrum TV plan go up?
