Add a SIM Card Kit to your cart or select eSIM activation and choose your Mobile data plan (or complete at a Spectrum Mobile store).

Unlock + activate

Contact your current carrier to unlock your device, then activate using your SIM Kit or eSIM portal.

Yes, you can retain your phone number when moving to Spectrum Mobile for Business. We accept numbers from all carriers. Be sure not to cancel your current service until the transfer is complete. To transfer your number, you'll need details from your previous carrier, such as your account number and transfer PIN. Have this information handy during activation and ensure it is entered correctly.


Yes, Spectrum Mobile for Business provides service to cellular-enabled tablets that have transferred to the Spectrum network. To bring your own tablet to Spectrum Mobile, choose a data plan and we'll send you a free SIM card.


Yes, when you switch to Spectrum Mobile for Business, you'll receive a new SIM card by mail. eSIM-capable devices can use either a physical SIM and an eSIM simultaneously or two eSIMs. If your device supports eSIM, you can activate your account whenever it's convenient for you.


Spectrum Mobile for Business currently supports the following eSIM devices: iPhone 12 series and iPhone 13 series. Spectrum will eventually support additional eSIM device manufacturers.
