Spectrum is taking over your connectivity services from Bee Line. With Spectrum, you can expect to enjoy fast Internet speeds, affordable Mobile plans, access to more TV programming with additional benefits such as streaming apps at no extra cost and convenient Home Phone service.
Spectrum will communicate the details and date of your service transition, along with any changes to your services.
You should receive this communication about 30 days before your service will be transitioned. It will include a phone number to contact Spectrum with questions. Please note that Bee Line will not be able to answer questions about your future Spectrum services.

You can also contact Bee Line to schedule someone to come pick up your equipment. If you have equipment that does not need to be returned, you should recycle the device(s) according to guidelines in your area. Visit spectrum.net/recycle for local guidelines.
You should install your equipment on the day of your service transition, as specified in the letter you will receive. It will not work prior to that date.
If you have Home Phone service, you will get a call to schedule installation.
You can expect that your service will be unavailable from 11 pm (the night before your date) until 7 am on the date of transition while Spectrum makes the cut over. Then your service should resume as long as you have installed your equipment or have had your professional installation completed (for commercial or home phone customers).
No, you will keep your phone number, and it will be moved over to the new service automatically. Spectrum will communicate important information and details about any changes to your home phone services.

If you keep your services with Spectrum after the transition, your Bee Line email will be active until September 30, 2025. You will lose any saved emails on that date, so we recommend you make a note of important messages and secure them on a physical drive before the transition. Spectrum will communicate important information about transitioning your email.
If you cancel your service or don’t transition to Spectrum, your email service will end immediately upon that cancelation date.
Your current TV package will be discontinued and will switch to Spectrum TV.

No, you will need to set up a new autopay plan with Spectrum directly. You will be receiving a new account number. Your new account number can be found in the upper left corner of your next monthly bill statement. Once you have received your new account number, you can set up autopay with Spectrum.
Keep your new account number available for future reference and be sure to update your new account number with your financial institution to ensure payment processing.
