Spectrum brings free WiFi to areas impacted by natural disasters so communities can stay connected and recover faster.
Disasters like floods, wildfires and tornadoes leave entire communities without critical Internet access. Through Spectrum Community Response, all impacted residents can get free WiFi Internet via mobile trailers.
Working closely with local responders, we determine the best locations to serve those affected – helping them stay connected to family, friends and essential updates.
Connecting is easy and available to everyone within a few hundred feet of the Spectrum Community Response WiFi signal. Spectrum field technicians are available nearby to provide troubleshooting and support until local network service is restored.
Typically, trailers are placed near high-traffic areas.
