Spectrum Business services are provided by Charter Communications Holdings, LLC through one or more affiliated disregarded members. Annually, all Spectrum Business customers who have paid us $600 or more during the year are required by the IRS to prepare and provide us with a Form 1099. We will provide a Form W-9 with the legal entity information needed in order to prepare Form 1099.
If you need to submit information to the IRS regarding payments made to us for services, you can download a signed, pre-filled version of the form that corresponds with your invoice. Although our invoices may reflect "remit to" names such as Charter Communications, Spectrum, Time Warner Cable, Bright House Networks and Cox Business we are working to consolidate under “Charter Communications.”
