If you need to submit information to the IRS regarding payments made to us for services, you can download a signed, pre-filled version of the form below that corresponds with your invoice. Although our invoices may reflect "remit to" names such as Charter Communications, Spectrum, Time Warner Cable, Bright House Networks and Cox Business we are working to consolidate under “Charter Communications.”
- To obtain your W-9, refer to your bill statement "remit to" name and/or address to select the correct choice below. If you are unable to locate your statement, contact our Form W-9 team at: res‑w9requests@charter.com.
- To provide us with a completed Form 1099, please send to: DL‑1099@charter.com.
- If you received a Form 1099 from Charter and need to discuss, please send to: 1099Inquiry@charter.com.
