Terms and Conditions Regarding Administrative Website Access and Control

By using the Spectrum Business administrative website (“Portal”), you accept the access and control permissions granted to you (“Role”) and represent and warrant that you are authorized by the entity that employs or otherwise engages you, which is Spectrum’s customer (“Customer”), to accept and perform all functions of such Role on Customer’s behalf. If you are an Administrator for the Portal, you acknowledge that you have the ability to add others as Administrators with full access and control rights, or other roles with limited access and/or control rights, and you agree to do so only in accordance with Customer’s policies and authorizations. If you are an Administrator, you will be notified by Spectrum when another individual registers for access and control rights on the Portal on behalf of Customer, and you will have the ability to remove or modify such users’ rights. If you are not authorized to accept the Role granted to you, you must not access the Portal and you must immediately contact Customer to determine who should hold such Role.

You agree to keep all information made available through the Portal confidential in accordance with the service agreement between Spectrum and Customer. Spectrum or Customer’s Administrator(s) for the Portal may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without cause or notice, and without liability. You agree to immediately cease all use of the Portal if your employment or engagement with Customer ends or if Customer revokes your authorization to hold the Role. These terms and conditions may be updated by Spectrum at any time, with or without notice, and your continued use of the Portal constitutes your acceptance of any such updates.
