Spectrum Business earns two 2026 Frost & Sullivan North America industry leadership awards
Each year, Frost & Sullivan, a global research and consulting firm, recognizes organizations for excellence, innovation and leadership across industries. Its industry awards highlight companies demonstrating strong market performance, customer value and competitive strategy. For its 2026 telecommunications analysis, Frost & Sullivan evaluated companies based on customer focus, network scalability and market momentum.
This year, Frost & Sullivan recognized Spectrum Business with two prestigious honors: the 2026 North America Ethernet Services Industry Company of the Year Award and the 2026 North America Dedicated Internet Access Competitive Strategy Leadership Award.
According to Frost & Sullivan, Spectrum Business executed a highly effective strategy by aligning network scale, product simplicity and customer-centric execution. By leveraging its extensive nationwide footprint and an end-to-end experience model, Spectrum Business outperformed overall market growth despite a challenging macroeconomic environment.
Backed by strong metro density and deep enterprise reach, Spectrum Business effectively addresses rising demand for high-speed, secure and scalable connectivity driven by cloud, AI workloads and distributed operations.
Together, these honors reflect the ability of Spectrum Business to deliver both high-performance networking solutions and strategic internet connectivity to organizations. Backed by Spectrum Service Advantage, an end-to-end service model that provides a customer experience that helps organizations plan, implement, grow and adapt with confidence.
Ethernet Services Industry Company of the Year
The 2026 Ethernet Services Industry Company of the Year Award recognizes Spectrum Business as an overall leader in Ethernet services.
This award highlights the ability of Spectrum Business to deliver end-to-end Ethernet solutions that meet the complex demands of modern enterprises through strong connectivity, network intelligence and expert support. Ethernet services from Spectrum Business enable organizations to scale capacity, enhance performance and adapt as business needs change. Scalable, adaptable Ethernet services deliver reliable, high-speed bandwidth that helps clients and partners reduce downtime and stay focused on their core business. The award also highlights the superior customer experience enabled by Spectrum Service Advantage.
One example is a national radiology and diagnostic imaging provider that performs more than 10 million outpatient procedures each year and employs more than 10,000 people, including over 500 radiologists. To support fast, reliable data flow across its multi-state healthcare operations, the company partnered with Spectrum Business to deploy more than 80 Ethernet and Dedicated Fiber Internet circuits.
“In our world, latency is key,” explains an IT Operations Manager at the radiology firm. “Spectrum Business fiber delivers low latency data that allows high resolution images to be processed quickly.”
A leader in Dedicated Internet Access
While the Ethernet award recognizes the leadership of Spectrum Business in high-performance networking services, Frost & Sullivan also honored the company for its strategic strength in Dedicated Internet Access.
The 2026 North America Dedicated Internet Access Industry Competitive Strategy Leadership Award recognizes Spectrum Business for providing reliable, scalable and secure connectivity solutions -- backed by a structured customer experience blueprint, Spectrum Service Advantage -- that help organizations maintain continuity, adapt quickly and grow.
Across industries, Spectrum Business supports customers with Dedicated Internet Access solutions designed for performance and flexibility. These solutions can be paired with services such as SD-WAN, Security, Managed WiFi, Unified Communications and smart cameras, helping organizations simplify network management, improve visibility and reduce operational risk.
“A key competitive differentiator is that Spectrum Business provides 100 Gbps metro and regional interconnection architecture,” said Leandero Agion, Frost & Sullivan Industry Director. “This allows the company to extend 100 Gbps capabilities consistently across its footprint. This high-capacity backbone enhances network resiliency, supports advanced SD-WAN and SASE deployments, and positions Spectrum Business to meet rising enterprise demand for high capacity, low latency, and highly reliable connectivity at scale.”
That approach is especially meaningful in environments where reliable connectivity directly affects continuity of care and access to critical services. APLA Health, which serves approximately 30,000 people each year, partnered with Spectrum Business to strengthen connectivity across its Los Angeles County locations. Spectrum Business installed two Dedicated Fiber Internet circuits at each of APLA Health’s five clinics and at its headquarters, added backup internet connectivity across all six sites, and incorporated broadband at nine additional locations.
“One of the most critical pieces of going with Spectrum Business was being able to connect our APLA Health clinics via SD-WAN,” said Donny Fan, Chief Information Officer, APLA Health. “Now our patients and staff can access our service portal and manage electronic medical records and prescription information.”
For organizations like APLA Health, multi-site fiber connectivity, built-in resiliency and SD-WAN integration help deliver better outcomes through stronger, more dependable connectivity.
